    What to Expect
    DivorceCare is a support group that meets weekly. You'll find it to be a warm, caring environment and will come to see your group as an "oasis" in an otherwise difficult season in life. There are 3 key parts to your DivorceCare experience:

    • Video Seminar
      Encouraging, information-packed videos featuring leading divorce recovery experts. 
    • Support Group
      Small group discussion about the weekly video content and the issues faced by individual group members
    • Workbook
      Journaling and personal study exercises that reinforce the weekly session topics

    • Tuesdays:  10 am -12 pm
    • Thursdays:  6 pm - 8 pm

    Who this group is for:
    This group is for anyone whose life has been affected by fear, anxiety, depression, lack of self-worth, low self-esteem, substance use, emotional problems, violence, compulsive behaviors, or other harmful effects of living in a broken world. 

    How Life Recovery can help:
    Through the use of Biblical principles, the purpose of this group is to allow God to transform broken lives, heal damaged emotions, and mend shattered relationships to restore mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health -- mapping out a journey of wholeness and proper dependence on God while creating a community of fellowship and love.

      Small group discussion about the weekly video content
    • Workbook
      Journaling and personal study exercises that reinforce the weekly session topics

    THRIVE: Hope and Healing for Grieving Children and Youth: Anna Johnson - ajohnson@tlccma.org

    What is Thrive?
    Thrive is a 13-week program adapted from established Grief Programs, KidsCope (Grace Church Central) and Shift (Watermark Church).

    How Thrive can help:
    Thrive offers faith-based recovery groups with engaging activities and discussion for children and teens who are grieving the death of a loved one. They receive care and support in a safe environment where they can express themselves through a variety of ways. Peer support groups foster open, honest discussion of the feelings of sadness, fear, anger and confusion that accompany a loss.
